By completing your order with Pine & Pearl Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All Sales Are Final. Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique and handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Order Accuracy. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

• Handcrafted Variation. Slight variations in color, texture, or stone pattern are natural and part of what makes every Pine & Pearl piece truly unique.

• Agreement to Terms. By continuing with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
